The Coral Hairstreak (Satyrium titus), found in the eastern United States, is uncommon in Florida. Its caterpillars feed on cherry, plum, and chokecherry in the Rose family. In Florida, adults love to nectar on Butterflyweed (Asclepias tuberosa) and Dogbane (Apocynum cannabinum), both members of the Milkweed family.
