Narrowleaf Bluecurls

Trichostema

 setaceum

Narrowleaf Bluecurls (Trichostema setaceum) and the very similar Forked Bluecurls (T. dichotomum), members of the Mint family, are found throughout most of the eastern United States including Florida. Trichostema refers to the “hairy stamens” which form the blue curls. When it blooms in late fall, this landscape-friendly plant is a favorite of native bees.
